In order to be able to do laundry in your residence, you will require a ONEcard. If you do not have any relationship to the University, but you are a partner of someone living in residence, you can easily obtain a ONEcard so that you are able to use the laundry facilities on campus.
Am I eligible for a ONEcard?
If you are a partner or spouse of a resident living in Michener Park or Newton Place, you are eligible for a ONEcard.
Where do I go to get my ONEcard?
You can visit us at the InfoLink ONEcard Service Centre at 9104 HUB Mall. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
What do I need to bring to get a ONEcard?
You will need to bring a piece of government issued photo identification, such as a driver's license or a passport.
How much is it to get a ONEcard?
Your first card is $15. If you lose your ONEcard and would like to replace it, a replacement ONEcard is $25.
How can I do laundry?
You need to have ONEcard Cash in order to be able to do laundry. You can add money to your ONEcard in person at our office, or you can make a depost online here. Once you have put funds on your ONEcard, you will be able to do laundry in your residence.
What else can I use my ONEcard for?

What will happen when I visit the InfoLink ONEcard Service Centre?
After checking your government issued photo identification, we will be able to create an ID number for you. Once the ID number has been created, we will be able to issue you a ONEcard.
