Proximity ONEcards

Prox, proxy or Proximity cards are a premium type of card used on the University of Alberta campus for door access at specific locations including Lister Centre, International House and an increasing number of Labs and other buildings.

Proximity ONEcards are available for a $15 fee, which can be paid by the cardholder or may be charged back to a department using the form below.

Please bring form, along with government issued photo ID to the ONEcard office.  Only individuals who are eligible for a ONEcard will be issued a proximity ONEcard.  Contact the ONEcard office if you wish to check your eligibility.

Department Badges

The ONEcard office also produces ID badges for a number of faculties and departments on campus.  The following form is designed to be completed by a department administrator or supervisor and then brought to the ONEcard office.
