Important things to note:

• It may take up to 2 business days to process your photo submission
• You must present government issued photo ID (Driver's licence or passport) in order to receive your first ONEcard.
• Photos must be a clear full head/shoulders shot on a plain white background
• Photo must be .jpg or .tiff format and should be less than 4MB
• Any editing required (eliminating red-eye, cropping, etc.) must be done before you submit the photo. Need help? Try a free online photo editor like FotoFlexer.com
• Photos must be submitted from the ONEcard Website after logging in securely with your CCID and password.
