Replacement Cards

There is a fee for replacement cards:

ONEcard

• Lost $20
• Exchange $15
• Proximity Upgrade $15

The Lost card fee applies whenever a previous ONEcard is not turned in at the time of replacement.

Department Badges:

• Lost or Exchange $7

A ONEcard that is past the date printed on the back will be exchanged for no charge provided you are still eligible for a ONEcard.
