If your ONEcard was printed during the 2007/2008 Academic year, it may be time for a replacement. Please check the back of your ONEcard to see if the date has passed.

The access on your card (financial, library, gym etc.) is not affected by the date printed on the card. Your access is based on your current student or employment status.

To ensure that your photo ID is kept current we will replace ONEcards dated April 2012 or earlier, provided you are currently eligible for a new card.

Staff must have a current contract in PeopleSoft, the Human Resource database. Contact us to verify your status.

Students must have future registration in Bear Tracks (Spring/Summer or Fall 2012).

If you are eligible for a replacement, please bring your current ONEcard to the ONEcard office. A new photo will be required for all ONEcards past their printed date.
